• Avenue is an Australian online store focused on anniversary gifting.
• Product descriptions, prices, availability, personalization options, and delivery guidance can change without notice. We try to keep them accurate, but errors can happen.
• Placing an order is a request to buy. We may decline, cancel, or refund an order if the product is unavailable, the pricing or listing is wrong, the supplier cannot fulfil it, fraud checks fail, or the order cannot be completed reliably.
• Personalised products may not be changed, cancelled, or returned once production has started, except where required under applicable law or where the item is damaged, defective, or materially incorrect.
• Shipping timing is guidance, not a blanket guarantee, unless we explicitly state otherwise on the relevant product page.
• Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
